Nihao Taste: Sticky rice lotus wrap with spare ribs [VIDEO]

Nihao taste sticky rice

As one of the few Chinese foods that comes equipped with its own packaging, sticky rice lotus leaf wrap with spare ribs is a top delicacy that is as enjoyable to open as it is to taste.

This dish features a potent mixture of salty spare ribs enveloped within a thick bedding of chewy glutinous rice. It is rigorously steamed in round bamboo casks and served intact with its lotus leaf wrapping.

A hearty staple of dim sum restaurants, this mini-meal of its own provides a full, satisfying feeling.

Here’s our video that takes you through the entire process for cooking  sticky rice lotus wrap with spare ribs.
